Summary: Paid for club rooms which meant high floors with great view of Shanghai. Excellent service from staff. Good international breakfast spread - rather crowded on some days so need to be early (8am) or risk having only 1 or 2 seaters

Summary: Located near the financial district of Shanghai, this hotel is approx. 10 min walk from the nearest metro and steps away from Huangpu River park where you can take a leisurely stroll. Both gym and pool area show major signs of wear n tear. Quality of breakfast is poor if not one of the worst both for its western and Chinese selections. The whole decor smells 1980s vibe which needs some major update.

Summary: Very beautiful hotel, conveniently located. We had a room with the river view and that was spectacular. Breakfast was served in a nice place and they had a large variety of foods to offer. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: The hotel is great, however the big flaw, although yes just a TV, is that there is almost zero foreign channels, I know if course we are in China but for such a 5 star hotel there was literally maybe 1 channel of English speaking let alone any other language, I was there in very bad weather and could not go out much, so sorry having no in house entertainment in the room was really bad, come on, it is 5 Star and at least should have Smart TV so one can log onto something else...
